1. What VidPocket is
VidPocket.net is a tool that helps you save publicly accessible media from supported platforms (TikTok, Facebook and Instagram). VidPocket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
2. Your responsibility
You may only download media that you own, that is licensed for download (for example under a Creative Commons licence), or that the rights holder has permitted you to download. You are responsible for complying with copyright law and with the terms of the platform where the media is hosted. Some platforms do not allow downloading except through their own features.
3. What VidPocket will not do
- Access private, paid, sign-in-only, age-restricted or members-only media.
- Bypass DRM, paywalls, access controls or other technical protection measures.
- Download live streams.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use automated tools to send bulk requests, attempt to overload or attack the service, or use VidPocket to infringe anyone’s rights. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
5. Copyright complaints
VidPocket does not host media. Files are created temporarily on request and deleted within minutes. If you believe VidPocket is being used to infringe your rights, contact alfarooq.skt@gmail.com with the details and we will respond promptly.
6. No warranty
VidPocket is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Availability of media and qualities depends on the source platform and may change at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VidPocket is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
